Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We will gladly accept returns for AlphaBeautyNY.com products within 30 days of purchase for any unused and resalable merchandise. All returns must be pre-approved by us within 14 days of receipt through e-mail or by phone. We will respond within 48 hours by providing you with a return authorization number and address to ship your purchase. DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#). RMA# should be visible on the package. ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
Any merchandise that does not contain a manufacturer seal cannot be returned. Product control and Health restrictions prevent returns on certain items. This policy extends, but is not limited to items such as hair brushes, all cosmetics, skin care products, perfumes, nail colors, make-up, shampoo (haircare) and other similar range of products.
Any Electrical Appliances (Blow Dryers, Curling Irons, Nail Machines, etc) have a conditional 30 day return/exchange policy. We will issue a refund (less shipping charges) for any item that is returned "as new", meaning that it was never used and all packaging is intact. Any item that was opened and used, electrical cord is freed from its manufacturer seal or any other part of the item or the packaging is not "as new" will be refused for return/exchange. After 30 days, any defective appliance should be returned to the warranty service center designated by the manufacturer of your appliance. We only sell professional items, if items you purchase do not meet your expectations; for example: the item is too powerful, not so powerful, too hot, burns hair or other reasons that we have no control over; customer will be charged 15% of the item's price excluding shipping and handling if the purchase was made within 30 days. We do NOT accept returns after 30 days of purchase date.
Returns that are wrong orders due to customer error, customer's change of mind or for reasons not due to our error; customer will be refunded for the merchandise excluding shipping and handling cost. This rule applies for unopened, unused items only that are within 30 days of purchase. If merchandise returned that was eligible for free shipping will reduce order amount below the free shipping requirement, original shipping charge will be deducted from your total return credit before the restocking fee charges. If the return is a result of our error we'll replace the item and pay for shipping costs both ways if the purchase was made within 30 days . Credit and Exchange of wrong product will be processed only after receipt and inspection of that item. Please allow AlphaBeautyNY.com up to 14 days to refund your account after receipt of your return. All replacements will be shipped using USPS.
